There are two categories of mailing lists, Radio Contacts and Music Critics.

Radio Contacts:

• Radio Station Main List: $50.00
  This list includes mailing labels for the program or music directors at approximately 200 stations, both broadcast and internet. It also includes several stations in Canada and in the UK. We will add, at no extra charge, the names of programs or hosts which specialize in your particular field (new music, early music, vocal or choral music, etc). There is a form on the "Confirm Payment" page as you check out for you to include contacts in your area(s) of specialty. Please add any specialty contacts here.
  
   
• Radio Station Email List: $25.00
  Includes the available email addresses of those names on the main radio list, enabling you to follow-up after your initial mailing.

Music Critics:

• Music Critics / Reviewers Main List: $70.00
  This list includes mailing labels for over 300 music critics and writers at all major newspapers, magazines and on-line sites as well as a number of free-lance reviewers. As with the radio station list, we will add, at no extra charge, names of programs or hosts which specialize in your particular field (new music, early music, vocal or choral music, etc). There is a form on the "Confirm Payment" page as you check out for you to include contacts in your area(s) of specialty. Please add any specialty contacts here.
  
   
• Music Critics / Reviewers Email List: $35.00

Advice on Sending Your Materials to Contacts

We also include with every order several pages of ideas and advice on promoting your music to these media contacts. We have collected comments from a wide variety of program and music directors at classical radio stations as well as music critics from different newspapers and other media. We give you advice on packaging your materials, how to send them, what to say in a cover letter and how to follow up. This information is included free with every order and, like the lists themselves, is constantly being updated to make them most relevant to your work.

Payment: We use PayPal for our purchases. You do not need to be a "member" of PayPal to use this service, just a credit card. PayPal is totally reliable, but if your prefer, you may also order lists directly from MMS by filling out this form and mailing it to us with your check or money order.
 

Please Note: MMS has spent a great deal of time and effort in compiling these mailing lists. We did this work because we were so frustrated ourselves at how inaccurate or inadequate such lists have been in the past. We are musicians ourselves and we hope that, as a colleague, you will respect our work and not give or sell copies of our lists to anyone else; this, of course, would be stealing.
